Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 April 2026

TinyTap ("the app", "we", "our") is a touch-reactive play app designed for babies and toddlers, built by an independent developer. This policy explains what data the app stores and how it is handled.

1. Who this app is designed for

TinyTap is designed to be used by children aged 6 months to 4 years old under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian is expected to set up and manage the app.

2. Data we collect

TinyTap collects no personal information. The app does not require an account, does not collect names, email addresses, location, or any other personal data.

The only data stored by the app is saved locally on your device using Android's standard storage (SharedPreferences) and is never transmitted anywhere:

None of this data identifies you or your child. None of it ever leaves your device.

3. Internet access

TinyTap does not connect to the internet during gameplay. The app is fully functional offline. The only network action is when you tap the "Unlock TinyTap" button in the paywall screen, which opens the Google Play Store app on your device — this is handled entirely by Google Play's own systems and is subject to Google's privacy policy.

4. Third-party SDKs and analytics

TinyTap contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, no crash reporting SDKs, and no third-party tracking of any kind. There are no ads in the app.

5. Children's privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

Because this app is intended for use with young children, we have designed it to collect zero personal data by default. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Because no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is nothing to delete or export.

6. Data storage and security

All data described above is stored locally on your device using standard Android OS mechanisms. Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored data.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
